ConvergX operates on a subscription-based model with the following refund terms:

• Annual Subscriptions: Non-refundable after 7 days of purchase
• Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable after activation
• Trial Period: If offered, you may cancel during the trial period for a full refund

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

2.1 Technical Issues

• Platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
• Critical features are non-functional and cannot be resolved
• Service does not perform as described in our documentation

2.2 Account Issues

• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• WhatsApp Business Account rejection (within 7 days of rejection)
• Service cancellation within the first 7 days of annual subscription

2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind after the refund period
• Violation of Terms of Service or WhatsApp policies
• Account suspension due to policy violations
• WhatsApp messaging costs (charged separately by Meta)
• Partial subscription periods
• Services already rendered
