6. Fees and Payment

Access to ConvergX is provided through paid subscription plans. Pricing and plan details are available on our website.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Fees are charged in advance on a subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our Refund Policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
• We may update pricing with 30 days' notice

6.3 WhatsApp Messaging Costs

Note that WhatsApp charges separate fees for message delivery. These costs are billed directly by Meta and are not included in ConvergX subscription fees.

ConvergX and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Noon IT Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ConvergX:

• For violation of these Terms
• For violation of WhatsApp policies
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For non-payment of fees
• At our discretion with or without cause

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
